Stickers 'N' Fun is a 100% internet-based business. To browse our product range, please select the category and subcategory of products you wish to view from the top and/or side menus. To add an item to your shopping cart, enter the quantity you wish to purchase in the quantity box and click on the 'Add' button. You can view your shopping cart at any time by clicking the shopping cart icon in the top right-hand corner of the top menu or the 'View Cart' link on the side menu. You will also be able to add or delete products from your cart from this page.

When you have finished shopping, follow the checkout link from your shopping cart. You will be prompted to enter your delivery details before proceeding to the payment page. The payment page is hosted on a secure server which means any information (including your credit card details) entered on this page is digitally encrypted to protect your personal information. To ensure this page is secure, please check the status bar of your internet browser for a small icon resembling a locked padlock. Once you have entered all your details and confirmed your order, you will be taken to a receipt page. Please keep a copy of this for your records. You will also receive email confirmation of your order when it is being shipped.

There is a AU$5.00 minimum order (excluding shipping).

All prices are quoted in Australian dollars (AU$) and include 10% GST. Postage and handling is additional and will be added to your order before checkout. For more information, please view the Shipping Info page. Prices may change at any time without prior notice and are subject to exchange rate fluctuations. We aim to keep prices as low as possible to help you keep your hobbies more affordable. 

International customers are not subject to GST. If you are outside Australia, please click on the International button in your shopping cart or during checkout. This will deduct GST from your order and adjust the shipping to an appropriate amount. If you wish to work out a GST-exclusive amount while browsing products, simply divide the price by 1.1. 

We accept payments via direct deposit or credit card - Mastercard, Visa and American Express.

After confirming your order you will be asked to print your order for the Total Amount Payable. You will then be required to make your payment into our bank account. You will find our BSB and account number on your printed order. Once you have made your deposit, send an email to orders@stickersnfun.com confirming your order number and amount. Once we confirm electronically that your deposit has come through, your order will be processed and sent within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Please note: If you do not make your deposit and email us within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) your order will be cancelled.

Your credit card details will be verified immediately after clicking the 'Authorise Payment' button. You will be notified straight away if your card has been declined and will be given the option to return to the payment page. Please note: When following the link back to the payment page, your browser will tell you the information on the page has expired. Simply press your refresh button and proceed with the payment procedure.

Here at Stickers 'N' Fun we are dedicated to ensuring you receive your order in the best possible condition. All products are wrapped in plastic to protect from weather conditions and placed between strong cardboard to prevent creasing and crumpling. Stickers 'N' Fun makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand. This occasionally leads to some items being temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, please be assured we will be making every effort to have them back in stock as soon as possible.

All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart when it is registering as 'in stock' but by the time you check out, it may no longer be available. This may occur when someone else has also ordered the same product and completed the transaction before you. While we make every effort to stock sufficient quantity of all products to prevent this from occurring, sometimes it is beyond our control. When this does occur, you will be notified before the checkout procedure is complete and you will be given the opportunity to edit your order. If for some reason an item is no longer available and you have completed the checkout procedure, you will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and a replacement product will be selected or a refund will be issued before your order is shipped.

Please note: We do not back order products.

We firmly believe in our customers' rights to privacy and are committed to protecting our customer information. All personal information collected during the checkout process (including names, delivery details and credit card information) remains strictly confidential. This information is used solely for the purpose of processing an order and conveying information about Stickers 'N' Fun to our customers. All customer records are the sole property of Stickers 'N' Fun and will not be given, sold or shared with any other individual, business or company. We respect your right to privacy and will work hard to ensure it is protected.

We are happy to exchange or refund any purchase within 14 days as long as it is returned to us in PRISTINE condition. To guarantee this, all returns must be wrapped in plastic and placed between two strong pieces of cardboard for posting. If a product is returned to us damaged, we will regrettably have to return it to you. 

You will require a Returns Authority Number in order to return goods. Returned goods will not be accepted without it. In order to obtain a Returns Authority Number, please email the relevant details to returns@stickersnfun.com. We will respond to your request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) with full instructions on how to proceed. You are responsible for shipping costs on all returns.

If you are unlucky enough to receive damaged goods, please email us at returns@stickersnfun.com with your specific problem and we will respond to your request within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). All goods that arrive damaged will be refunded or exchanged if we are notified within 14 days. If goods have been sent registered mail and arrive obviously damaged, please do not sign for them and notify us accordingly. 

Please note: We will not accept returns invoiced to Stickers 'N' Fun or sent COD.
