Here at Stickers 'N' Fun we are dedicated to ensuring you receive your order in the best possible condition. All products are wrapped in plastic to protect from weather conditions and placed between strong cardboard to prevent creasing and crumpling. All orders are shipped through Australia Post within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays).

DELIVERY TIMES

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays). Delivery within Australia generally takes 2-5 business days. All international orders are shipped air mail and generally take 4-14 business days for delivery. Occasionally, there may be delays with international mail due to circumstances beyond our control. If you order has not been delivered within the suggested time frame, please check thoroughly with your local post office before contacting us.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

Stickers 'N' Fun makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products at all times. However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand. This occasionally leads to some items being temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, please be assured we will be making every effort to have them back in stock as soon as possible.

All orders are filled on a first come, first served basis. It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart when it is registering as 'in stock' but by the time you check out, it may no longer be available. This may occur when someone else has also ordered the same product and completed the transaction before you. While we make every effort to stock sufficient quantity of all products to prevent this from occurring, sometimes it is beyond our control. When this does occur, you will be notified before the checkout procedure is complete and you will be given the opportunity to edit your order. If for some reason an item is no longer available and you have completed the checkout procedure, you will be contacted by email or phone within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) and a replacement product will be selected or a refund will be issued before your order is shipped.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS
 
In some cases, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied on some shipments when they reach your country. These additional charges are beyond our control and must be paid by you. They are generally based on the monetary value of the goods. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. To avoid unnecessary charges, please contact your local customs office for more information and to determine the tax exemption limit for goods entering your country.
