School is well and truly back in session for the year and with it comes not just new uniforms, new books and new lunchboxes but lots of new school photos to be scrapped!

So I thought I would share with you, not just our fabulous new range of stickers and rub-ons from Bo Bunny (which includes some very sophisticated school stickers), but also some inspirational school scrapbooking pages from the Bo Bunny professionals.

Click Here To View Our Full Range Of Bo Bunny Stickers

Artist: Janis Medina

I love the bright cheerful colours used in this layout as well as the fun flower used in the bottom right corner. The A+ Student sticker comes from Bo Bunny’s School is Cool stickers while the circular School Days sticker comes from Bo Bunny’s First Day Of School stickers.

Artist: Irene Tan

Red, yellow and black with a touch of green make fabulous colours for showcasing your back to school photos, as shown in the layout above. I also love the contrast between the bright and colourful papers used and the black and white photo. It really draws attention to the photo. This unique layout features Bo Bunny’s First Day Of School stickers.

Artist: Robbie Herring

This final layout looks very sophisticated but is actually quite simple to create. If you look closely, it’s simply a matter of layering several different patterned papers. The ruler down the middle is a wonderful touch and really helps to set the theme for this school scrapbooking page. The First Day Of School title sticker comes from Bo Bunny’s First Day Of School stickers.

I hope you find these scrapbooking pages as inspirational as I do and that they give you some ideas for creating your own school pages. Perhaps you’ll even include your own favourite school scrapbooking stickers.

Bo Bunny stickers give a unique and sophisticated sense of dimension to your scrapbooking layouts without being bulky. They are made from adhesive cardstock so they are strong and can be placed on uneven backgrounds (liked layered papers) with ease. You can use them as they are, or dress them up a little as I have done in the scrapbooking idea below.

Click Here To View Our Range Of Bo Bunny Stickers

This layout was created using Paper Adventures Evergreen Dream paper, Flair Holiday Words paper, Bo Bunny Holiday Heirloom Floral paper, white cardstock, green ink, red alphabet stickers, one red brad, one silver brad, one Christmas tree brad and Bo Bunny Truly Believe In Christmas stickers.

To recreate this scrapbook page idea, follow these steps:

1. Use the Paper Adventures Evergreen Dream paper as your background. Ink the edges with green ink and set aside to dry.

2. Cut a piece of Flair Holiday Words paper measuring 16cm by 28.5cm. Ink the edges with green ink and when dry, glue vertically to your layout approximately 1cm from the top edge and 1cm from the right edge.

3. Stick your Bo Bunny border sticker from Bo Bunny Truly Believe In Christmas stickers down the right side of your page, about 2cm from the right edge.

4. Cut a piece of Bo Bunny Holiday Heirloom Floral paper measuring 21.5cm by 15cm. Glue horizontally to your layout approximately 1cm from the left edge and 2cm from the bottom edge.

5. Crop a vertical 4×6 photo down to approximately 8.8cm by 12cm. Mat with white cardstock and glue towards the top right corner of your page approximately 5.2cm from the right edge and 2.4cm from the top edge.

6. Crop a second photo so you have a vertical photo measuring approximately 5.5cm by 9.8cm. Mat with white cardstock. Glue to your page so that the left edge is inline with the left edge of the previous photo. See layout above for exact layout.

7. Crop a horizontally 4×6 photo down to approximately 13cm by 9.8cm. Mat with white cardstock and glue towards the bottom left corner of your page approximately 2.2cm from the left edge and 2.9cm from the bottom edge.

8. Mat your ‘Truly Believe’ sticker from your Bo Bunny stickers with white cardstock. Glue above your horizontal photo, as shown in the layout above.

9. Give your Bo Bunny stickers an extra touch of dimension by placing a silver brad over the dot in the ‘i’ of your ‘Truly Believe’ sticker.

10. Take your two flourish stickers. Place one towards the bottom left corner of your page and the other towards the top right corner, as shown in the scrapbooking page above. They should both overlap your photos.

11. Place your oval shaped Bo Bunny sticker in the top right corner of your page so that it overlaps your swirl sticker, your photo and your border sticker. Use red alphabet stickers to write the date or a small caption on top of this sticker.

12. Place a small Christmas tree brad towards the bottom right of your oval sticker from the previous step, again for added dimension.

13. Cut out a piece of Bo Bunny Holiday Heirloom Floral paper the same size and shape of the small Christmas tag sticker. Place both your cut out tag and your tag sticker in the bottom right corner of your page, as shown above, and stick in place.

14. Finally, place a red brad towards the top of your tag Bo Bunny sticker from the previous step.

What do you think? Do you like this scrapbooking idea using Bo Bunny stickers? Do you have any questions? Would you have done anything different? We’d love to hear from you! Please leave a comment below.

Lately I have been scrapping a lot of my photos from a trip my husband and I took to Coffs Harbour a few years ago and as a result, I have been playing around with all sorts of beach scrapbooking ideas. As with this layout, it is often a case of selecting the right colours, choosing the right stickers and letting the photos speak for themselves.

Click Here To View Our Full Range Of Beach Stickers

This layout was created using K&Company Blue Awning Green Floral Damask paper, KI Sand Linen paper, Foofala Brown Ivy paper, cream cardstock, light brown cardstock, green Bazzill cardstock, brown ink, a brown pen, Beary Patch Sand Alphabet stickers and Bo Bunny At The Beach stickers.

To recreate this scrapbook page idea, follow these steps:

1. Use the K&Company Blue Awning Green Floral Damask paper as your background.

2. Tear a square of KI Sand Linen paper approximately 27cm by 27cm. Glue to the centre of your page.

3. Cut a stripe of Foofala Brown Ivy paper approximately 9cm wide. Ink the edges with brown ink and when dry, glue vertically to your page approximately 3.5cm from the right edge.

4. Mat two horizontal 4×6 photos and two horizontal 3×4 photos with cream cardstock. Arrange them on your layout, as shown above, with your most important 4×6 photo in the top right corner.

5. Cut a piece of cream cardstock measuring approximately 12cm by 4cm. Using a brown pen, write your journaling on this piece. Ink the edges with brown ink and when dry, glue in the space underneath your second 4×6 photo, as shown above. Make sure you leave room to add a sandcastle to the left of this piece.

6. Cut a piece of green Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 3cm by 4cm. Ink the edges with brown ink. Place an alphabet sticker in the centre to make the first letter of the first word of your title. Glue vertically and at an angle in the top left corner of your page, as shown above.

7. Cut a strip of light brown cardstock measuring approximately 10cm by 3cm. Using alphabet stickers, write the remainder of the first word of your title. Ink the edges with brown ink and glue horizontally next to your green rectangle from the previous step.

8. Cut a second strip of light brown cardstock measuring approximately 11cm by 3cm. Using alphabet stickers, write the second word of your title. Ink the edges with brown ink and glue horizontally underneath the first word of your title, as shown above.

9. Finally, mat a sandcastle sticker from Bo Bunny At The Beach stickers with cream cardstock and glue in the bottom left corner next to your journaling block.

Looking for scrapbooking ideas to showcase photos of your kids at the pool or water park? Vellum is the perfect medium for creating water effects on your page. In this layout, I show you how to use it in combination with Bo Bunny stickers to create a scene of children swimming across the bottom of your page. It’s so easy! And incidentally, these stickers come with little extras so you can change the boys to girls if you wish.

This layout was created using blue patterned paper, blue cardstock, Creative Imaginations Stripes paper, blue vellum and Bo Bunny Watch Me stickers. Wave scissors would also be helpful but not essential.

To recreate this scrapbook page idea, follow these steps:

1. Use the blue patterned paper as your background.

2. Cut three strips of vellum – one approximately 4cm tall, one approximately 7cm tall and another approximately 10cm tall. When cutting each strip, give the top edge a wavy effect. This can be done with a template, or more easily, with wavy scissors.

3. Place the largest strip of vellum across the bottom of your page. Adhere to the background by placing glue in the top left (behind where the sticker will be). This is enough to keep the vellum in place, but you can also place a dab of glue in the areas the other stickers will cover if you want to attach it more securely.

4. Next, place the boy in the blue tube sticker in the top left corner of the vellum strip. Half of this sticker goes onto the vellum and half onto the background paper, again helping to secure the vellum. Try to place the sticker so the next layer of vellum will slightly overlap it.

5. The second layer of vellum is the most difficult to attach as the sticker is going both on top of and below the vellum. This way, the boy looks like he is swimming in the water, but his board and the water splats are on top of the water. In order to do this, all you need to do is make a small cut on the sticker from the curve around the water splats to the board.

6. Now to adhere the second layer of vellum to your layout by placing a dab of glue on the right side (where the third sticker will cover) and attaching it to your layout. Adhere your sticker to the first layer of vellum, as shown above, remembering to lift the board end to stick on the new layer.

7. Now attach the third layer of vellum. Again, dab some glue on the right (where the third sticker will cover) and attach to your layout.

8. Add your third sticker to the bottom right and the small water splash sticker on the left. If you are worried the vellum is not stuck down well enough, you can always apply more glue behind any of the stickers.

9. Mat your photo, first with blue cardstock and then with Creative Imaginations Stripes paper. Glue to your page above the waves, as shown above.

10. Place the boy on the diving board sticker in the top left corner of your page and the sun sticker in the top right corner.

What do you think? Do you like this vellum scrapbooking idea? Do you have any questions? Would you have done anything different? We’d love to hear from you! Please leave a comment below.

Colour Blocking is an easy technique that can be used to create bright Easter Scrapbooking ideas. The symmetrical straight-lined design gives your page balance and structure while focusing attention on your photos. In the layout below, I have used Bazzill cardstock to create a fun, vibrant page using this techinque. Usually I love working with patterned papers, but the texture of Bazzill gives my page distinct layers and depth while the bright colours create the mood.

This layout was created using Bazzill cardstock (light blue bling, hot pink, purple and grass green), white cardstock, foam tape and Bo Bunny Easter Egg Hunt stickers.

To recreate this scrapbook page idea, follow these steps:

1. Use light blue bling Bazzill cardstock as your background. Set it aside for now.

2. Mat three photos (preferably two measuring approximately 7cm by 9.5cm and one measuring approximately 12.4cm by 9.5cm) with white cardstock. The frame around each photo should be about 0.3cm wide. Mat again with hot pink Bazzill cardstock. This frame should be about 0.2cm wide.

3. Cut a piece of purple Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 29.3cm by 4cm. Mat with white cardstock. The frame around it should be about 0.2cm wide. Place your Easter Eggs border sticker in the centre of the strip.

4. Cut a piece of grass green Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 29.3cm by 2cm. Mat with white cardstock. The frame around it should be about 0.2cm wide. Place your grass border sticker in the centre of the strip.

5. Start placing your pieces on your background (but do not stick them down yet). You may find you need to adjust some of your measurements as you go, so keep an eye on how everything fits together.

6. Cut a piece of grass green Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 12.3cm by 10cm. Cut seven pieces of purple Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 0.7cm by 11cm. Glue them vertically at random angles across the green cardstock, as shown in the layout above. Trim away the excess and mat with white cardstock. The frame around it should be about 0.2cm wide. Place your Easter Egg Hunt title sticker in the centre.

7. Cut a piece of purple Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 6.5cm by 10.1cm. Cut four pieces of hot pink Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 0.5cm by 7.5cm. Glue them horizontally at random angles across the purple cardstock, as shown in the layout above. Trim away the excess and mat with white cardstock. The frame around it should be about 0.2cm wide. Place your Blue Easter Egg and Chick sticker towards the bottom, as shown in the layout above.

8. Cut a piece of purple Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 8.2cm by 10.1cm. Cut four pieces of hot pink Bazzill cardstock measuring approximately 0.5cm by 9cm. Glue them horizontally at random angles across the purple cardstock, as shown in the layout above. Trim away the excess and mat with white cardstock. The frame around it should be about 0.2cm wide. Place your Yellow Easter Egg and Chick sticker towards the bottom, as shown in the layout above.

9. You should now have eight different elements for your page. Arrange them on your background as shown in the layout above and glue down. Try to keep the spacing between each piece fairly even (mine are 0.4cm – 0.5cm apart).

10. Finally, stick two butterfly stickers and the dragonfly sticker to white cardstock. Cut them out. Stick them to your layout with foam tape, as shown above.
