Horse Stickers

Horse stickers are perfect for scrapbooking layouts of horses, riding horses, pony rides, farm visits, playing with favourite toy horses (like My Little Pony) or simply photos of anyone who loves horses.

There are many different horse stickers to choose from. In this scrapbooking layout, I have used NRN Designs Riding Horses stickers. I have also used foam tape to add dimension and layers to my page. If you haven’t used it before, this is a great project to get you started!

Horse Stickers

This layout was created using Creative Imaginations Studded Suede paper, 7Gypsies Clock paper, Creative Imaginations Wrinkled Rust paper, scraps of different shades of brown cardstock, brown ink, foam tape and NRN Designs Riding Horses stickers.

To recreate this scrapbook page idea, follow these steps:

1. Use the Creative Imaginations Studded Suede paper as your background. The saddle-like appearance goes perfectly with your horse stickers.

2. Cut a piece of 7Gypsies Clock paper measuring 24cm by 22cm and ink the edges with brown ink. Adhere to the background approximately 4cm from the top and 3.5cm from the left edge of the page

3. Mat two vertical 4×6 photos with Creative Imaginations Wrinkled Rust paper and adhere on your page towards the top of the clock paper, as shown in the scrapbooking layout above.

4. Mat several small stickers from your sheet of horse stickers with different shades of brown cardstock. Each piece will be a different size and shape. For extra variety, you may like to make one or two of them circles instead of rectangles.

5. Ink the edges of each piece from the previous step with brown ink. When dry, arrange them around the bottom right corner of your right photo, as shown in the layout above, but do not stick them down yet.

6. First, adhere the saddle square straight onto your page. Use foam tape to adhere the boots and brush around it. Then use a thicker foam tape or a double layer of tape to adhere the comb and apple. You have now created three different layers.

7. Adhere the horse sticker in the bottom left corner of your page.

8. If you like you can also add a title across the top of the page and journaling in the bottom right corner if you wish.

What do you think? Do you like this scrapbooking idea using horse stickers? Do you have any questions? Would you have done anything different? We’d love to hear from you! Please leave a comment below.
